This is a great vet clinic. We live in NYC and try to time all our non-urgent vet needs with our trips up to Vermont. Scheduling is easy, they give estimates up front, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
There are no words to describe how wonderful the staff here are. They made or most difficult time with our pretty as easy as possible.
New Dr is great. I had been worried about transition when main Dr retired. All good.

These guys are the best. I've had good experiences there before but yesterday they went above and beyond the call of duty. My dog got stung above her eye by a bee and I called several times for advice over the course of the afternoon. Then they ended up checking her out at 8pm, well after they were accepting patients for the day, which they were under no obligation to do. I can't recommend them enough.
